The 2017 Nissan Sentra vs. The 2017 Toyota Corolla
Thanks to their superb combination of reliability, excellent fuel economy, and low price tags, the compact sedan market continues to thrive in British Columbia. Two of the most popular compact sedans are the new 2017 Nissan Sentra, and its arch-nemesis the 2017 Toyota Corolla – but which one is best? Vernon Nissan intends to find out.

In the end it’s a tough battle, with both competitors putting up a good fight. The Corolla offers drivers a larger standard infotainment screen, along with a slightly more powerful base engine, but ultimately falls short.
The 2017 Nissan Sentra provides families across the Okanagan Valley with clever features like a standard Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), more cargo space, as well as the option of a powerful turbocharged engine to make short work of passing maneuvers. Plus the Sentra is an IIHS “2017 Top Safety Pick”, so you can remain confident of its ability to protect your precious cargo. The fact that the 2017 Sentra’s base price is cheaper than the Corolla’s is just the icing on the cake!
