Refund/Return Policy (Parts):

If you are dissatisfied with your part purchase for any reason, you may - so long as the product has not been installed, assembled or damaged by you - return it (freight prepaid) within 15 days of shipment for a refund or replacement (subject to product availability and inspection). The part returned must be in the exact condition as when it was shipped to you. Non-defective product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. All returns are also subject to inspection prior to refund or replacement. In order to return an item, you need to obtain a Return Authorization number by calling 1-(800)-558-3377 and providing invoice number, part number(s), and reason for return. No returns will be accepted under any circumstance without a Return Authorization number. Note: Electronic components such as lights, bulbs, ignition parts, relays, sensors and switches will not receive a refund if the packaging has been opened or installation has been attempted.
